Thank you for visiting www.samohi.com. After a 14 year run I have decided that it’s time to finally put my attempt to bring a forum to samohi alumni to its end. We were up and running long before any of the other social media sites were ever born so I feel good about that. But the reality is that I can’t offer what Facebook offers and I won’t even attempt to continue in the face of ever increasing attacks on our server. Again thank you to those of you that posted and shared your life with us here at samohi.com. A special thank you to my long time friend John Matijasic. John shared my vision for this site and helped keep things running when I was off doing other things. I can’t tell you how great it is to have fond memories of friends from Samohi and John was always there as a friend even when I was a wet behind the ears freshman trombone player in marching band. It was because of John that I became a bass trombonist and became the best I could be. Friends like John don’t come along very often in life. Thank you John!
